![]() The nano's finish is now well worn on almost every pointed edge on the slide, yet no issues with rust etc. No issues.Īfter I picked up a little J-frame last year, I gave the nano some time off from pocket carry. I've shot mostly the cheapest ball ammo I can buy (WWB, Tula(brass), tula (Steel), aluminum cased stuff, etc), blazer, UMC Rem). Since that first 200 rounds of 124 grain, I've put about 2000 rounds of 115 grain through it. I ran 200 rounds of 124 gr through mine right out of the box (only after a quick lube) with 1 FTF due to my buddy clearly limping it on the second magazine ever fired through the gun. With that said.Ĩ0% of all the ammo through mine is 115gr, mine eats it without issue. Beretta also recommends using 124gr or heavier only. The gun is fairly snappy on recoil due to high bore axis and the way the double recoil spring assembly is designed. The trigger is long, quite heavy, but smooth. Reviews when I got the gun were horrendous. It has spent some days being submerged in water for nearly 10 hours, dropped in mud, dropped on concrete, etc etc, yet its never skipped a beat. It was a daily carried gun for nearly 5 years in my pocket. I've put probably close to 3k down the pipe with only 5 malfunctions the entire time. i also was choosing between the ruger lcp/lc9 and the nano. ![]()
